Join our dedicated team as a Clinical Manager Radiation Therapist and play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care within our Radiation Oncology Department. In this position, you'll oversee technical and supervisory functions, ensuring that departmental protocols and regulations are not only enforced but also continually improved. Your expertise will be crucial in designing and implementing efficient service protocols that directly impact treatment outcomes and patient satisfaction.

About You
We’re looking for a dedicated professional who is passionate about advancing patient care in radiation therapy. To thrive in this role, you should meet the following key requirements:
- Qualifications: Hold a Degree in Medical Radiation Therapy and relevant accreditation.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage teams through organisational change and strategic planning.
- Project Management: Experience leading complex, multidisciplinary projects and implementing innovative procedures.
- Effective Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse teams at all levels.
