As part of our operations team, you will work on a variety of tasks to ensure that business objectives are being met. This is a fantastic opportunity to further your administration skills and work with a close-knit team who share the common goal of thriving!

What will your typical week look like?

Perform front of house duties such as providing efficient customer services to staff and clients, answering phone calls, managing mail, client data and meeting rooms.
Support office operations including managing supply stocks and liaising with external suppliers / service providers.
Provide general administrative support to team members and act as a point of contact for office activities.

Experience in a frontline or customer service role.
Intermediate computer literacy – MS Office experience.
