How you'll make an impact

Contribute to a high performing team providing outstanding service to AMP's customers and your internal stakeholders.

By working towards & exceeding your individual and team KPIs & quality assurance targets and raising issues via correct channels, you'll add value to each customer interaction and drive customer advocacy.

What you will bring to the team

• Previous experience in the Superannuation and/or Insurance industry
• Outstanding customer service skills and naturally professional phone manner
• Genuine passion for "helping people create their tomorrow"
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to adapt style depending on your audience
• Highly developed numeracy skills and ability to interpret and communicate numerical information
• Strong computer literacy and specifically able to navigate across systems
• Ability to quickly recognise, analyse and solve problems
• Proven work-flow and process management skills
• Time management and organisational skills
• Ability to handle high volumes and work effectively under pressure
• High level attention to detail and commitment to quality
