About you
Appointments in the CCC are merit-based and will be assessed by looking at what you have done previously, the knowledge, skills and experience you have built, your potential for development, and your personal qualities which align with the leadership competencies and the CCC's values.

• Possession of tertiary qualifications in Accounting and Finance, Computer Science or Data Science is highly desirable.
• Certifications or qualifications in the use and application of proprietary blockchain explorers and/or digital asset tracing and investigation is also highly desirable.
• Qualifications acquired from an overseas educational institution will only be accepted where the qualification has been recognised to an equivalent level in accordance with the Australian Qualifications Framework.

The ideal applicant will demonstrate capability in the following requirements:

• Demonstrated knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology and an understanding of the application and use of digital assets as dependent on, or facilitating, crime and corruption.
• Proven experience providing high level advice and using technology to guide or support complex law enforcement investigations involving digital assets.
• Experience in developing and reviewing policies and procedures, and delivering related training, to support and embed operational practices and capabilities for emerging technology.
• Sound understanding of project management principles and processes, and experience in their application to delivering technology focused business improvement projects and initiatives.
• Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to engage with a range of internal and external stakeholders on technical and operational issues relevant to law enforcement digital asset investigation capabilities.
