About the role:
- Lead the digital marketing strategy across all online channels
- Drive content creation and campaigns for email, social media, and the company website
- Oversee the rollout of a new app version and manage the self-service portal
- Reposition the company's blog and implement quarterly e-newsletter strategies
- Develop and manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns
- Use data to optimise digital content performance and engagement
- Manage digital content workflows from creation to publication
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate digital marketing strategies
- Implement above-the-line and below-the-line campaigns to boost engagement
- Provide regular performance reporting and insights to drive improvements
- Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Strong experience in digital marketing, particularly across websites, email, and social media
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies
- Experience in content management systems and digital campaign management
- Excellent communication and organisational skills to collaborate across teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Data-driven approach to optimise content and digital marketing performance
- Proficient in digital tools such as email marketing platforms and social media management tools
- Creative problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges
