ABOUT THE ROLE
You will be providing warm, friendly and efficient customer service, and administrative support to everyone who engages with Greenpeace. A hugely important role - you’re the welcoming voice at the end of the phone (and our email and social media channels) that inspires and connects people to our work!
A few of your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Manage supporter information accurately and efficiently, using Salesforce, our CRM database
- Communicating with supporters via both phone calls, email, social media and mail
- Develop and maintain excellent supporter relations by giving a high level of customer service
- Administration and data-entry across our platform to ensure accurate management and processing
