- Salary $76,561 - $80,256 p.a. (pro rata) ASO4 | Full Time, 12 month contract with the opportunity for ongoing
As the Executive Assistant you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Executive Director, your duties may include:

Coordinating the flow of relevant correspondence, ensuring deadlines are met and maintaining records in the official recordmanagement system

Effectively screen telephone calls and resolve routine enquiries or identify where complex issues need to be referred
-
Efficiently coordinate and maintain the executive’s calendar, ensuring optimal use of their time and effective scheduling ofmeetings and appointments
-
Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism
- Experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role

Ability to work with a high degree of independence, determine priorities and the requirements of an Executive Team
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in using the Microsoft Office suite of products to produce a range of high-quality documents
