The Role

Event Supervision: Oversee banquet events, ensuring service standards and policies are followed.
Guest Satisfaction: Anticipate guest needs and ensure prompt, efficient service.
Leadership: Supervise and motivate staff, handling scheduling, training, and performance.

Talent Profile

About You

Ability to lead and manage a team effectively during events.
Experienced in coordinating and executing banquets to meet client expectations.
Highly detail-oriented, ensuring precise event setup and smooth operations.
Strong communication skills for liaising with clients, staff, and departments.
Quick to adapt and solve problems under pressure during events.
