Functional Analyst
FULL TIME

We are looking for a Functional Analyst to join our Enterprise Platforms business unit! In this role you will utilise Agile methodologies to perform functional analysis for system enhancements and requests. You will implement configuration changes, provide support and training to system users, and collaborate with end users and vendors to resolve incidents and problem records.

We're looking for people who have:
- Highly developed problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- A technical aptitude to learn systems, applications and processes.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to multi-task and have good time management skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Experience with supporting Pathway - highly desirable.
- Understanding of ITIL.
