Inbound & Care Support Specialist

What you’ll be doing:
- Managing and answering a high volume of prospect calls
- Documenting all client correspondence and communications in the CRM
- Completing internal client transfers
- Allocating leads
- Exceptional customer service skills
- The ability to work at a fast pace
- Great communication skills
- Strong computer skills in CRM systems, database management, Microsoft Office
- Full time employment with regular weekday hours (37.5 hours a week, Mon – Fri, 9am – 5pm)
- Hybrid working week – 3 days in the office, 2 days from home
- Ongoing training and upskilling to align with your career goals and progression
