As a UKG Pro/ Kronos Specialist your role will provide comprehensive support to users with the functional use of UKG Pro and assist in improving the process across the organisation.

Your key duties will include Tier 2 support, queries and interpretation of pay rule calculations, working with people leaders to approve timesheets in readiness for Payroll Export each fortnight and processing of historical edits.

You will work collaboratively across the payroll function to contribute to seamless end-to-end service delivery that is client orientated and outcomes focussed.

This role is a permanent role, and the role will be based in Sydney.

ABOUT YOU

• Extensive experience in complex UKG multi-site industry
• Experience in Time & Attendance and Payroll system administration (UKG/SAP)
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
• Proven experience working with Microsoft Office, including Advanced Excel
• Ability to work autonomously
• Experience interpreting modern awards and enterprise agreements
• Tertiary qualifications in Business, Human Resources is desirable.
