YOUR ROLE

As an experienced Executive Assistant, you will provide efficient and effective coordination, management and support for the General Counsel. You will manage the preparation, collation and distribution of reports, presentations, meeting agendas, papers, distribute reading materials, and record and distribute minutes where required.

Optimising ways of working is an important component of this role, along with fostering strong relationships within the Legal & Company Secretary groups, across the broader IAG business and with external stakeholders.

You will exercise a high level of confidentiality and judgment whilst undertaking concurrent tasks demonstrating excellent organisational, prioritisation, time and stakeholder engagement skills which are critical to this position.

Located in Sydney this is a permanent opportunity.

ABOUT YOU

• Proven experience in executive support roles
• Previous work experience in the Legal or Company Secretariat department of an ASX listed Australian corporate
• You are well organised, flexible and a self-motivated individual
• Comfortable working autonomously and can demonstrate expert levels of written and verbal communication with exceptional attention to detail
• Advanced technology acumen all Microsoft 365 applications, Share Point, Teams, or equivalent.
• Proven experience to prepare, format and proof high-quality documents and presentations with appropriate discretion
