About the role
The Purpose of the role is to support the company's quality control process and to carry out field testing and laboratory activities in accordance with NATA, SHE & QA requirements.

Key responsibilities include:
Ensuring all tasks are done in compliance with the Quality Management System.

Promptly report and act on any serious product non-conformances.

Prioritise workload to ensure all client / project demands are met

Monitor, manage and comply with all ITP's, monitor quality controls and compliance testing to ensure frequencies are in accordance with ITP's and budgets.

Maintain housekeeping of the laboratory and all areas where testing is performed

Carry out scheduled calibration of equipment or maintenance activities as required

Skills and experience:
2+ years' experience in field and laboratory Construction Materials testing to Australian Standards and relevant Road Traffic Authority methods

Cert IV applicable to construction materials testing (desired)

Knowledge of NATA ISO/IEC 17025 requirements

Has the ability to work autonomously and displays a high level of self-motivation

Demonstrates an unwavering commitment to quality and workplace safety

Is physically fit and able to perform a manual labour-intensive role
