Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our growing project portfolio by providing precise surveying services to ensure timely project completion and assist in the development of innovative solutions for complex surveying challenges, contributing to the overall success of our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys for residential and commercial projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant legislation.
- Collaborate with architects, town planners, civil engineers, and landscape architects to integrate survey data into project designs.
- Analyze land subdivision planning proposals for compliance with planning schemes and provide clients with viable options for development.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation for clients and stakeholders.
- Utilize advanced surveying technologies and software to enhance data collection and analysis.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of surveying standards and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, or a related field.
- Proficiency in surveying equipment and software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience in a consulting environment is preferred but not essential.
