We deliver a range of services spanning business and technology project delivery, blending technical skills and strategy to advise top ASX organisations, not-for-profit companies and private clients with spectacular results. We’re looking for leaders to take our team to the next level, as we solve complex problems within our vast community of solvers.

We are looking for Senior Consultants and Managers in our Digital Platform Delivery team with skills across the following areas:

Planning and roadmap development
Program and project management
Manage project scope, dependencies and risks
Business analysis to understand needs, requirements and opportunities
Ability to ‘talk tech’ with technical specialists to understand project impacts
Process design to optimise workflows
Develop governance frameworks. policies and standards to ensure consistency
Stakeholder management

Critical Skills, Knowledge & Experiences we are looking for include:

Broad background across Business, Experience and Technology Domains
Experience in Agile environments
Proficiency and certifications in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile).
Proficiency in business and process analysis methodologies (e.g. IIBA)
Experience with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA).
Understanding of risk management and quality assurance.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong financial and business acumen.
Management of a large budget and project teams.
