We are looking for an experienced Manager who is interested in balancing their work commitments with flexible work arrangements. We are open to considering a range of flexible work options designed to help you balance your professional and personal life.
Although we encourage our staff to spend at least some days working from the Sydney CBD office, our systems mean that we can support candidates who need to work from home and only come in when necessary.

Current opportunity
As a member of our People Advisory Services team, you will collaborate with clients to design solutions to address complex people issues, implement organisational change initiatives, support the end-to-end employee lifecycles and build effective people strategies. You’ll help organisations achieve their objectives and realise value through their people and their strategy.
This is a client-facing role utilising your organisational change management background and more importantly your broader consulting experience. You’ll be managing individual and team workload, leveraging your strong project management skills and demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service outcomes for all clients. Some examples of the types of projects that you could be part of include:
  • Leading the design and delivery of change management strategies and plans for digital transformation or other organisational changes
  • Supporting the delivery of culture change initiatives, including culture assessments and roadmap development
  • Developing and delivering training programs to build capabilities, including leadership development
  • Competency Model Development
  • Developing target operating models
What you’ll need to succeed
We are looking for an experienced Manager with a strong background in consulting delivering human capital engagements or experience in people consulting gained within the professional services industry.
Combined with:
  • Solid foundational experience in change management
  • Knowledge and practical experience in change management methodologies and new ways of thinking to drive change (e.g. human centered design)
  • An aptitude to grasp new concepts and effectively produce results
  • Well-developed core consulting skills, including research, analysis, presentation, project management and attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly, both written and verbal with stakeholders at various levels
  • Interest in learning and developing in a fast-paced collaborative team, willing to give and receive feedback and bring a positive mindset
  • Self-motivated approach to the role and keen to take on new challenges and opportunities in a client-facing role and within the team
