Are you passionate about HR and ready to dive into an exciting opportunity? Join our dynamic media organization as a People & Culture Administrator / Intern and be part of a team that values people, creativity, and innovation. This is a fixed term part time position until June 2025 initially and would best suit someone who would like a flexible working schedule.
About the Role:
You will play a pivotal role in supporting our HR functions. From assisting with the recruitment processes to managing employee records and supporting our people-oriented initiatives, every day will bring new challenges and opportunities to grow and enhance your skills. Here’s a peek at what you’ll be doing:

Supporting recruitment and onboarding: Assist in coordinating recruitment activities, including advertising roles, scheduling interviews, reference checks and ensuring a seamless onboarding process for our new employees.

Drafting employment documentation: including employment contracts, contract variation letters and other relevant documentation.

Maintaining employee records: Ensuring all employee data is accurate and up to date.

Administrative support: Assist with various HR documentation, managing the HR inbox and respond to inquiries, and help with general office tasks.

HR project involvement: Participate in projects that enhance the employee experience, from wellness programs to learning and development.
About You:
We are looking for someone who is passionate about a career in HR and has the drive to learn, develop, and grow with us. The ideal candidate will:

Be currently studying or have completed a qualification in Human Resources, Business, or related fields.

Have experience in HR or office administration – even better if you’re comfortable working with HR systems!

Possess excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.

Have exceptional attention to detail

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
