Are you passionate about HR and ready to dive into an exciting opportunity? Join our dynamic media organization as a People & Culture Administrator / Intern and be part of a team that values people, creativity, and innovation. This is a fixed term part time position until June 2025 initially and would best suit someone who would like a flexible working schedule.


About the Role:
You will play a pivotal role in supporting our HR functions. From assisting with the recruitment processes to managing employee records and supporting our people-oriented initiatives, every day will bring new challenges and opportunities to grow and enhance your skills. Here’s a peek at what you’ll be doing:
  • Supporting recruitment and onboarding: Assist in coordinating recruitment activities, including advertising roles, scheduling interviews, reference checks and ensuring a seamless onboarding process for our new employees.
  • Drafting employment documentation: including employment contracts, contract variation letters and other relevant documentation.
  • Maintaining employee records: Ensuring all employee data is accurate and up to date.
  • Administrative support: Assist with various HR documentation, managing the HR inbox and respond to inquiries, and help with general office tasks.
  • HR project involvement: Participate in projects that enhance the employee experience, from wellness programs to learning and development.


About You:
We are looking for someone who is passionate about a career in HR and has the drive to learn, develop, and grow with us. The ideal candidate will:
  • Be currently studying or have completed a qualification in Human Resources, Business, or related fields.
  • Have experience in HR or office administration – even better if you’re comfortable working with HR systems!
  • Possess excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
  • Have exceptional attention to detail
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
