Position is located in Brisbane and the successful candidate will need to enter into a Flexible Work Arrangement upon commencement to reflect the office location you are seeking to work from. If working from a regional office, travel to the Brisbane office will be required regularly (frequency to be negotiated with successful candidate) to fulfil operational business needs.

Key Outcomes and Accountabilities

In this role, you'll conduct research and analysis of legislative and regulatory issues, making recommendations for the QBCC Regulatory Academy. You will collaborate with regulatory services to embed best practices in policies and develop training content to support staff effectively. Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders will be essential for coordinating and delivering regulatory policies.
You will also provide strategic advice to senior management, identifying opportunities for innovation in operational policies. Your customer-centric approach will guide the design of learning solutions, while your analytical skills will help interpret legislation and improve business processes.
