- Be the first point of contact for clients seeking face-to-face services, making a positive impact on their experience.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of QBCC information and services, ensuring you provide accurate advice on legislation and policy standards for high-quality customer service.
- Engage in ongoing reviews and quality assurance, participating in regular training to enhance your skills and expertise.
- Promote and participate in marketing initiatives, educational events, and community awareness sessions, helping to raise awareness of QBCC's mission.
- Contribute to a supportive community, playing a vital role in assisting clients with lodging disputes, license applications, and notifications of unlicensed work.
