Key outcomes:

• In the role of Principal Injury Management Advisor, you will provide specialist case management including complex rehabilitation cases. You will develop and deliver education on Work Cover and rehabilitation practices and processes for managers to enable them to gain awareness and understanding of the QBCC claims management, rehabilitation and reasonable adjustments policy and procedure. You will assist them in meeting their legislative/regulatory obligations and enhance their capability in rehabilitation, early intervention and return to work management.
• You will also provide guidance and support to the WHS team in respect to claims management and rehabilitation matters.
