- Display a friendly and helpful manner coupled with sound written and oral communication skills to effectively liaise with a range of stakeholders as part of delivering a professional customer service experience, including providing accurate and relevant information in response to their enquires, by providing an end-to-end service delivery.
- Use sound judgement in a situation and make timely and informed decisions to resolve issues and escalate complex matters to your supervisor where required.
- Accurately complete data entry and undertake administrative support within prescribed timeframes and in accordance with administrative systems, legislative, policy and operational requirements, to ensure the delivery of timely and quality services to relevant stakeholders.
- Support applicants and organisations to use the online application system and support organisations using the organisational portal, including educating organisations on the capabilities of the organisation portal.
- Support applicants and organisation contacts who are unable to verify their identity online and promote the online application and organisation portal uptake.
