Reporting to an Assistant Crown Solicitor, provide superior, up to date, expert and authoritative professional legal advice in relation to the particular specialist field of law of the team to all client areas within the Queensland Government.Ensure that your personal productivity and revenue targets of 6 billable hours per day are met.Work with multiple teams and provide expert legal knowledge and skills on complex and sensitive legal questions to major government clients on a fee for service basis.Make good but often difficult decisions based on significant experience in areas of legal expertise.Settle advice work in your area of expertise as required by the Assistant Crown Solicitor.Support the strategies contained in the business pillars of Crown Law.Participate in and maintain a proactive approach to Self Development, including the achievement of the required CPD points each year.Supervision and training of junior staff.
