Senior Infrastructure Officer

Ensure assigned projects and programs of work are managed in accordance with the department's strategy, policies, systems and procedures, and according to the Queensland Government Building Policy Framework - Growth and Renewal,
Queensland Government Building Policy Guideline and other relevant whole-ofgovernment policy frameworks.
Optimise alliances and partnerships with key internal/ external stakeholders and service providers (eg. DHLGPPW/QBuild) and contribute to the development and implementation of innovative strategies to meet the department's facilities services requirements.
Identify emerging issues, risks, and priorities that may impact project delivery and proactively respond with strategies to address these impacts.
Monitor, analyse, forecast and report on project performance to ensure project delivery targets are achieved as planned.
Provide advice to the Principal Infrastructure Program Coordinator and branch management regarding assigned infrastructure projects, including delivery status, expenditure forecasts, risks and emerging issues. Undertake other duties as required to fulfil the objectives of the branch and department.
