You will be expected to provide strong and effective leadership, coaching and management to the registry team ensuring a supportive and cohesive workplace environment for all staff. Ensure compliance with all administrative systems including maintaining data integrity and adhering to established processes, policies and procedures and legislation. This includes interpreting legislation, setting clear objectives and guidelines, monitoring performance indicators, implementing corrective actions as necessary, and regularly reviewing procedures for optimal efficiency. Support the Registrars in the efficient management of; daily operations including the coordination of court proceedings and the delivery of services including the preparation and processing of complex court matters. Additionally, workforce planning, performance management, staff development and the provision of timely and constructive feedback to direct reports thereby contributing to the achievement of strategic and operational goals.
