- Liaise and consult with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the consistency of programs, services, and practices relevant to the business area anddepartmental priorities.- Respond to enquiries and provide advice about programs, services and procedures relevant to the business area.- Support and contribute to the deliverables and responsibilities of the team as required and assist with the development of strategies that relate to the work of the business area.- Prepare a range of written materials including briefing notes, memorandums for approval, external correspondence, discussion papers and information papers relative to the programs and initiatives managed or delivered by the business area.- Research, analyse and contribute to the development and coordination of programs and projects relating to the reform of domestic and family violenceservices.- Support the design, development and monitoring of contracts through to execution within the Procure to Invest (P2i System) and Smartygrants systems.- Contribute to relevant end to end procurement practices as they relate to individual program areas to ensure quality responsive service within legislative and regulatory frameworks.
