What this opportunity involves.
As our Property Manager you will achieve ongoing client satisfaction by effectively managing a portfolio of high-quality industrial assets.
The role will optimise the performance of the properties under management including maximising rental income, controlling expenditure, completing negotiations, as well as timely reporting to clients.
We’ll expect you to actively manage the sites, support the wider team and trouble shoot when required, offering proactive and innovative solutions.
A snapshot of the day-to-day responsibilities.
Manage and coordinate the day-to-day tasks required to effectively manage an industrial portfolio, collaborating with tenants, contractors, the client and JLL personnel
Preparation of income and expenditure budgets as well as outgoing reconciliations
Negotiation of leases, lease renewals and rent reviews
Coordinate repairs with tenants and contractors
Creating property reports and providing clients with regular updates on matters including finance, tenant queries and lease management issues
Maintain the financial and legal aspects of the portfolio on the JLL Property Management system
Work closely with colleagues to maximise the efficiency of your portfolio and implement future process improvements
Processing and authorising accounts and invoices online

We’re looking for a self-driven individual looking to achieve great results through the management and monitoring of your own performance. You’re able to make the right decisions, proactively problem solve, strengthen relationships, and rise to meet new challenges as they occur.
You have experience managing industrial properties with a strong understanding of all aspects of property management, including lease administration, financial analysis, budgeting, building operations, and tenant relations.
Property Management is no longer just collecting rent and writing monthly reports –it’s about building communities; finding innovate ways to activate buildings; creating new spaces for collaboration; building landlords of choice; incentivising tenants in their fight for quality; initiating important conversations about ESG and sustainability; becoming the essential eyes and ears for our stakeholders and setting a path for their investments to reach their full potential.
A current Real Estate Licence or NSW Certificate of Registration will be expected.
