We are looking for skilled and ambitious individuals to fill two crucial roles: Property Manager and Sales Executive. 1. Property Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties.
- Liaise with landlords, tenants, and maintenance contractors to ensure properties are well-maintained.
- Handle tenancy agreements, rent reviews, and property inspections.
- Resolve tenant and landlord queries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations.
- Previous experience in property management or a similar role.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Knowledge of property management software
- A reliable vehicle and a current driver's license.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing expert advice on buying and selling properties.
- Conduct property appraisals and market evaluations.
- Negotiate and close property sales, ensuring the best outcomes for clients.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote properties.
- Attend open homes and auctions, representing the agency and supporting clients.
- Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A valid real estate license (or willingness to obtain one).
- A reliable vehicle and a current driver's license.

Pay: $55,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
