Biggin & Scott North, a leading real estate agency in Epping, Victoria, is expanding our dynamic team. We are looking for skilled and ambitious individuals to fill two crucial roles: Property Manager and Sales Executive. 1. Property Manager
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties.
  • Liaise with landlords, tenants, and maintenance contractors to ensure properties are well-maintained.
  • Handle tenancy agreements, rent reviews, and property inspections.
  • Resolve tenant and landlord queries with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in property management or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Knowledge of property management software
  • A reliable vehicle and a current driver's license.

2. Sales Executive
Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing expert advice on buying and selling properties.
  • Conduct property appraisals and market evaluations.
  • Negotiate and close property sales, ensuring the best outcomes for clients.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote properties.
  • Attend open homes and auctions, representing the agency and supporting clients.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A valid real estate license (or willingness to obtain one).
  • A reliable vehicle and a current driver's license.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
Benefits:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability
Supplementary Pay:
  • Commission

Experience:
  • Property Management: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Property Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
Licence/Certification:
  • Driver Licence (Required)
  • Cert IV Real Estate Practice (Required)
