Kogan People Solutions are working to assist our client who operates a highly regarded restaurant and café, located in Winnelie, NT.
This popular restaurant/café offers a delectable breakfast and lunch menu, served Monday to Saturday, with a wide range of items to choose from, including juicy burgers, refreshing salads and heavenly smoothies to name a few. Freshly brewed coffee is also a must, along with their highly popular Aussie Big Breakfast, freshly made toasties and nutritious sandwiches and wraps. Overall, our client provides great food in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
With a dedication to providing an excellent customer experience, our client is now seeking a new Restaurant Manager to join and lead their happy team. A top salary negotiable in the range $70k to $80k plus superannuation per annum is on offer and the role is full time and ongoing, requiring shifts across weekdays and Saturdays.

About you: You have a passion for the hospitality industry and can demonstrate an unwavering commitment to customer service of the very highest standard, whilst aligning and motivating a cohesive and hardworking team environment.
Responsibilities:
· Work alongside the Chefs and other members of the management team to plan and introduce new menus and menu items to maximise sales considering customer feedback, seasonal variations, costs and other relevant information.
· Development and training of all wait staff.
· Recruit, oversee and supervise front of house staff.
· Meet and greet patrons, regularly gather valuable feedback.
· Manage special events as necessary.
· Management of stock levels and financial records.
· Be responsible for purchasing and pricing with a view to managing COGS and ensuring appropriate budget outcomes.
· Ensure strict adherence with OH&S and Food Safety standard.
To succeed in this role, you:
· Possess excellent relevant qualifications (Diploma or better).
· Have at least 2 to 3 years (preferably more) professional experience working in a restaurant management role since earning your qualifications.
· Are a flexible, hands on, energetic and a proactive leader.
· Are available across the working week including Saturdays.
· Offer proven ability to prioritise, set goals and have the determination to achieve them.
· Have a passion for delivering exceptional food service & customer experience.
· Enjoy being professionally presented and enjoy liaising with patrons.
· Have unrestricted Australian working rights.
