We believe materials are not recycled until they’ve been made into new products. We collect and sort recyclable materials like paper, cardboard, glass, plastics and metals from households and businesses, and locally remanufacture them back into new, sustainable packaging. From cardboard boxes, water bottles and jam jars to food and beverage cans, we are using recycled content to power Australia and New Zealand’s food and beverage packaging industry.
Based in Gepps Cross, South Australia, the Sales Administration Officer reports to State Sales Manager.
What you'll do:

Processing high volume quote and NPD work.
Coordinating timely artwork approvals.
Working closely with Internal departments (Design and customer service)
Reporting (Preprint Reports, artwork / die line / invoice copies as required).
Liaising with customers across multiple levels.
Assisting with group projects (tender renewals, presentations and continuous improvement).
Ensure Samples are cut and ready for the Account Manager to take to the customer for approval, along with the corresponding Quotes and Art Proofs.
Identify ways to optimise or modify the pre-production process in order to increase productivity and accuracy as well as improving the customers experience with Visy Board.
Cross training is an essential part of the role.
