Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and engaging Senior Business Analyst to join our Future Hub – PMO Team.

As Senior Business Analyst, you will go beyond the basics of Business Analysis and bring a wealth of experience in process design, mapping, and documentation, particularly in governance forums and administrative meetings.

Key Responsibilities include:

Process Design, Mapping, and Documentation: Develop and document processes for governance forums and administrative meetings, focusing on non-technical solutions.
Requirements Gathering and Process Flow Mapping: Support transformation initiatives within Shared Services, including HR, Finance, Legal, and Communications.
Secretariat Function Leadership: Establish and initially perform the Secretariat function for two key working groups, ensuring a smooth transition to the ‘Run’ state. These groups involve high-profile executive stakeholders.

Experience Required:

Extensive experience in Business Analysis with a focus on process design and documentation.
Proven ability to gather non-business systems requirements and map process flows in a Shared Services environment.
Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to influence at all levels of the organisation.
Establishing and managing Secretariat functions for executive-level working groups.
