About the Role
Based in BYD's Sydney office in Macquarie Park, this role will support our Sales and Network team for an upcoming new brand. On offer is a Senior Dealer Network Development Specialist position and your day-to-day duties will include but not be limited to:

Develop and implement a Network strategy plan to ensure a strong dealer network.
Identify potential dealers and develop a long-term trustworthy business relationship.
Manage Dealer Agreement & Dealer Policy, Dealer’s Incentive Control & Payout

Key requirements:

Minimum 3 years of related working experience
knowledge of automotive market is prefer
Advanced negotiation, persuasion and closing skills.
Proven track record of achievement, plus the ability to contribute and work in a team environment
willingness to business travel
