• Consulting Leadership: Provide expert consulting leadership, guiding stakeholders through problem-solving, solution-building, and implementation processes.
• Scope Management: Identify, define, and manage marketing project scopes, aligning them with organizational goals and data-driven insights.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, data, and business intelligence units, to align strategies and outcomes.
• Marketing Use Case Development: Use data insights to develop and refine marketing use cases, ensuring they align with the bank’s overall strategy.
• Executive Reporting: Prepare and present strategic recommendations and findings to senior leadership, ensuring clarity and actionable insights.

Strong consulting leadership skills are essential to guide stakeholders and deliver impactful outcomes.

• More than 10 years of experience in marketing consulting within the banking or financial services sector.
• Strong understanding of data architecture, data sources, and how information is used in marketing.
• Exceptional ability to synthesize complex information into actionable strategies and narratives for senior executives.
• Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and leading projects in a large, complex organization.
• Demonstrated consulting leadership skills, with the ability to influence and guide decision-making.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
