The Role

This is an exciting role with a focus on providing operational support across the Ageing Well Department. This position will provide high quality customer service to Ageing Well consumers, program participants and residents within the City of Whittlesea. There will also be a large focus on coordinating and supporting activities that relate to contract management, service planning, performance reporting and more.
About you
If you believe in delivering an exceptional customer experience and enjoy working within a team to achieve common goals, this position is for you. You should have a keen attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Experience in the Aged Care sector is essential.
