Your opportunity

We are seeking a proactive Service Management Officer to join the Information Management (Service Desk) team within the Corporate Services Group at Redland City Council. Candidates will have recent experience in IT Service Desk or IT Help Desk support.

This role requires providing first-level IT infrastructure support, responding to incidents and service requests promptly with exceptional customer service skills in line with ITIL methodologies. Responsibilities include installing, configuring, and training staff on IT infrastructure, staying updated on emerging technologies, assisting with technical implementations, and contributing to team growth through continuous improvement of procedures and documentation.

Eligibility

You'll have a current Class C drivers licence.

To be eligible for employment, applicants must have the legal right to work in Australia.
