Full relocation assistance will be provided to the successful candidate if they are making the move from interstate.
About the Role:
Fyfe is on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Survey Manager to join our Northern Territory team. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of a diverse range of projects, from cutting-edge 3D reality capture to major infrastructure and defence projects. Reporting directly to the NT Survey Manager, you'll work closely with Tier 1 contractors and a variety of clients, driving the success of significant Territory projects and contributing to our strategic growth.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and manage key projects across construction, defence, government infrastructure, and more.
- Collaborate with the NT Survey Manager to allocate resources effectively and deliver top-notch results.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to your team, ensuring the successful execution of projects.
- Drive continuous improvement by reviewing and refining our work systems and practices.
What Were Looking For:
- Qualifications in surveying or relevant experience.
- Proven track record in surveying with a clear career progression.
- Resilience and a proactive approach to taking on challenges.
- Expertise in a range of survey equipment and software.
- Experience in civil and construction sectors.
- Strong communication, organizational, and client relationship skills.
