Systems Analyst - TechOne

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain ERP systems, with a focus on the Tech One platform and its modules.
- Provide ongoing support for databases, ensuring smooth data manipulation and system operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify inefficiencies in business processes, working to automate and optimize them.
- Manage and prioritize support requests, ensuring timely resolution and reducing recurring issues.
- Mentor IT team members, sharing expertise and contributing to team skill development.
- Offer training and guidance to staff to maximize the efficiency of ERP usage.
- Stay up-to-date with ERP system enhancements and engage in special interest and user groups to drive platform improvements.
- Proven Tech One experience with any module.
- Willingness to work on-site 5 days a week, with the ability to commute to the location.
- Expertise in developing and supporting ERP systems.
- Strong experience in migrating and improving business processes using ERP platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to foster positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in mentoring and training team members.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and high-level competence in software applications.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in IT or a related discipline.
