Our client is looking for a Workday Business Analyst to work for a large organisation in North Sydney and Work from home.
Skills and experience:
- Experience as a Business-focused Workday Business Analyst
- Experience gathering business requirements in order to deliver the planned Workday pipeline of work
- Experience translating business requirements to the technical team - ie Workday developers
- Experience in user acceptance testing
- Experience providing support for Workday Releases including mandatory and optional features
- Experience in the delivery of functionality to Workday HCM
- Experience in defining, supporting and communicating relevant Workday product innovation opportunities to stakeholders
- Experience in maintaining the product backlog
- Experience in facilitating agile ceremonies including PI planning, sprint planning, business showcases, retrospectives & readiness activities.
