Are you ready?

• Independent work in a strong team
• 2nd level software support for our innovative Saa S solution
• Analysis of customer processes together with business experts
• Identifying and solving application and system errors
• Close cooperation with our software development team
• Processing, analyzing and documenting technical customer inquiries

Are you the ONE?

• Completed business/technical training or similar qualification in the IT/software sector (HTL or Bachelor)
• At least 3 years of professional experience in customer service
• Confident handling of Microsoft Office
• Excellent knowledge of German and English
• Team player with very good communication skills
• Structured and independent way of working
• Motivated and willing to take initiative
• Enjoy working with customers
