Main Mission:We are seeking a Senior Analyst-Developer with strong experience in PHP, Symfony, Node JS, and Microsoft Graph API. The consultant will develop and implement a solution to record and manage calls made through Microsoft Teams, integrating it seamlessly into the client's operational management system (SAE).
Key Responsibilities:

Voice Recording Solution Development:
Design and develop a solution using Microsoft Graph API (e.g., Join Group Call, Initiate, Call Records) to trigger, record, and manage calls made through Microsoft Teams. This includes scenarios such as calls to bus drivers or emergency services (e.g., police). -
Encrypted Audio Storage:
Implement encryption and secure storage for the recorded audio files. -
Telephony Recording Management:
Manage Teams conversation recordings, ensuring secure storage and retrieval in compliance with data retention policies. Enable on-demand retrieval for legal purposes. -
Data Security and Compliance:
Work with the security team to ensure GDPR compliance and the protection of sensitive data. Implement Azure-based authentication mechanisms to safeguard access to critical recordings and data. -
Documentation and Support:
Provide technical support to internal teams for solution integration into the SAE. Ensure thorough documentation of the development process and train internal developers for future maintenance. -
Code Quality and Deployment:
Ensure every change is accompanied by unit tests, and conduct rigorous testing before going live to guarantee system integrity within the broader operational ecosystem.
- Proven experience in PHP, Symfony, Node JS development.
- Strong knowledge of Maria DB databases.
- Expertise in Microsoft Graph API, particularly in managing Teams calls.
- Experience with Azure security implementation, access control, and authentication.
- Solid understanding of data security and GDPR compliance for data storage.
- Ability to train and support internal IT teams effectively.
- Communication: Strong ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
- Project Management: Proven ability to lead a project from Proof of Concept (POC) to production.
- Problem Solving: Analytical mindset to quickly identify and implement solutions to complex challenges.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-evolving technological landscape.
- Security and Compliance: Deep expertise in managing sensitive data within Microsoft Azure, ensuring security and regulatory adherence.

Location: Primarily onsite in Namur, with the possibility of remote work two days per week. Presence required on Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays.
- Working Hours: Flexible start between 7:30 AM - 9:00 AM and end between 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM. Core hours: 9:00 AM - 11:45 AM and 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM.
