We are looking for a passionate Developer Advocate and Relations Expert to actively support and engage with our developer community. In this role, you'll be the bridge between our company and developers, ensuring their needs and feedback are addressed while promoting our products and solutions. You'll work closely with internal teams, attend conferences, and create engaging technical content to foster a strong and connected developer community
Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the voice of developers within the company, ensuring their feedback, needs, and concerns are understood and prioritized by internal teams.
• Provide technical support, guidance, and hands-on training to developers utilizing our products to ensure they maximize value from our solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with the developer community by attending conferences, hosting meetups, and managing online forums and social media channels.
• Develop and share technical content, including blog posts, tutorials, sample code, and social media updates to raise awareness and promote the usage of our products.
• Create and deliver engaging product demonstrations, sample solutions, and presentations to drive product awareness, adoption, and usage.
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to stay informed of product updates and communicate developer feedback and insights that can shape future product development.
• Take ownership of organizing and curating content for our annual Developer Conference, driving engagement and knowledge sharing within the community.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven experience as a software developer with hands-on coding skills and a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Previous experience working as a developer advocate, community manager, or in a similar developer-facing role.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify and explain complex technical concepts in an accessible way.
• Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong understanding of the developer ecosystem, including tools, platforms, and best practices for community management and developer relations.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with developers, technical communities, and industry influencers.
• Self-driven, with the ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and prioritize effectively.
• Experience with event planning and organizing developer conferences is a plus.
