We are looking for an Ethics & Business Integrity (E&BI) Framework Patient Communities Lead who is passionate, strategic, and collaborative to join us in our Ethics & Business Integrity team, based in our Headquarters in Brussels, Belgium.

About the role
As the Ethics & Business Integrity (E&BI) Framework Patient Communities Lead, you will contribute to the improvement and maintenance of internal standards across the Patient Communities team. You will ensure a robust compliance framework is in place. You will collaborate with key business partners to maximize patient impact while upholding the highest standards of ethical business conduct.

Who you’ll work with
You will work closely with the Ethics & Business Integrity Framework team, collaborating with relevant stakeholders in the Patient Communities team. Together, you'll shape healthcare compliance standards across UCB to foster an ethical, compliant work environment globally. You’ll report into the E&BI Framework stakeholder communities lead.

What you’ll do

Contribute to the improvement and maintenance of global healthcare compliance standards.
Drive continuous assessments on the established standards effectiveness and ensure compliance to the highest industry standards.
Partner with assigned units to close gaps in internal controls and ensure accountability.
Advise on change management plans (including training) to align business with compliance standards.

Interested? For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience, and skills

Proven experience in ethics and compliance in the pharmaceutical sector.
Demonstrated continuous improvement experience and risk assessment skills.
Good communication, influencing abilities.
knowledge in change management and project management.
Ability to engage with business stakeholders advising on ethical and compliant behavior.
