The Position
Are you ready to support the F&B Outlets Manager in the management of all restaurants, bars and in room dining at a world-leading luxury hotel? To retain its exceptional international reputation and push its food and drink offering even further? Then we’d love you to join us as Trainee F&B Supervisor at Rocco Forte Hotels.
You will support leading all food and beverage operations across the hotel, you will bring experience, expertise and outstanding knowledge of fine dining and drinks, helping deliver the highest quality experience for guests.

Previous experience in managing a top performing team is essential, as is a full understanding of creating budgets, analyzing and managing costs would be beneficial. You will have your finger on the pulse of current and emerging trends in fine dining, wine, spirits and cocktails. You will know the latest, on-the-up venues and our established competitors, able to ensure we never present a stale offering to our discerning guests.

At the same time, you will be a people person, passionate about developing and energizing the team, driving them to enhance guests’ experience. In turn, you will receive the support to further develop your career with us.
