- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Work with high-performance FP&A teams in Belgium, BNFL, and Zone Europe HQ, helping with budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation to achieve operational and financial goals
- Accounting: Assist with delivering accurate, timely financial reports each month, collaborating across Europe to manage exceptions and automate financial processes
- Internal Audit: Dive into the core of ongoing financial audits with our Global Risk Management team, learning how the world’s largest brewer operates from the inside
- Treasury: Work with our Global Treasury team in Leuven, gaining insight into how we manage derivatives, cash, and loan portfolios
- Work-Experience Cohort: You’ll be part of a cohort of interns, building a strong network with other young professionals while benefiting from team expertise
- Bi-Weekly Masterclass: Attend masterclasses led by senior functional leaders to broaden your understanding of finance in a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) company
- Capstone in Leuven: Participate in a final group session in Leuven to consolidate your learnings and expand your professional network
- Data Management: Handle large data sets and support efforts to improve financial reporting systems, ensuring data accuracy and reliability
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and implement best practices in reporting and analysis
- Cost & Margin Analysis: Analyze production costs, profitability, and gross margins to provide actionable insights
- Ad Hoc Projects: Contribute to various financial projects, including internal audits, cost optimization initiatives, and strategy development
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (e.g., operations, marketing, sales) to gather data and insights relevant to financial performance
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Proficiency in process mapping or financial modeling
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in finance or accounting is a plus, but not required
- Fluent in Dutch and/or French, with a good knowledge of English. Additional languages are a plus!
- You must be eligible to work in Belgium without the need for a work permit
