Context

As a Procurement Intern, you will work with carious stakeholders on contract management, spend analyses, tendering and communication. In the Vendor Department, you will support contract negociations, assist with RFx management and work on improvement tasks. This experience is an opportunity to gain skills for your future career while helping the team achieve their objectives.

Our Procurement team is looking for a talented intern to join them in full-time as of July for a minimum period of 3 months.

Your Position

Your main missions will be focused on contract management :

Optimize and follow the flow of contracts with the Business, Accounting, the Facilities Department and the Legal Department;
Create, renew and terminate contracts;
Follow the entire process from meeting with internal stakeholders to filling the contract;
Optimize tools and data within the department to improve quality and efficiency;
Manage the contract database;
Create contractors reports and spend analyses;

Your Profile

You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Master in Procurement, Business Administation, Law, Business engineering, or any other relevant field.
You are fluent in Dutch and / or French with a good command of English.
You have strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
You are stress-resistant and you pay close attention to deadlines.
You are self-sufficient, responsible, and rigorous, and a team player.
You are eager to work in a dynamic professional environment.
You are familiar with MS-Office and Outlook.
