Requirement: Onsite DSS tech (with backfill) to provide onsite support - 3FTE with Backfills
1 Tech onsite DSS tech to start asap
2nd tech required by December (or sooner)
3rd tech is required as a part-time tech who will support Brussels (possibly full time based/supporting between both locations).
Language: English & Dutch/Flemish (native speaker a must)
Driving license required: Yes. (Stock inventory is based at a warehouse close by. Additionally, there are two sites being supported. Company has a carpool for collecting the stock only and travelling to the 2nd site. Not for personal use
Primary Site -(This is where the onsite DSS techs are based).

Secondary site: (The current Organon Belgium Brussels site is at a We Work building office location, which accommodates workstations (desks) for 12 people and is visited by the techs on an adhoc basis or every 2nd weeks.

Duties: The DSS tech will be providing level 2 tasks with some exposure to manufacturing/lab PC due to the location Belgium Heist being a manufacturing site, which larger working area/zones with a few buildings around the site.
Supporting hours: Support hours are divided by the onsite techs. Either the 7:30 am – 4:00pm CEST shift or the 8:30 - 5:00pm. The coverage needs to be between 7:30 am and 5:00pm based on what the arrangement of their shift.
