Junior Controller (f/d/m)

• Support implementation of controlling policies in alignment with the overall finance strategy, proactively contribute to budget projections and ROI calculations for strategic projects, and translation into key objectives for each department and region Benelux, covering sales targets, employee metrics, and organizational structure
• Ensure accurate reporting and compliance with internal controls, providing data analysis and reports for country managers and collaborating with international teams
• Advise and support managers on budget management, KPI setting, and optimization, while monitoring and updating the risk matrix to contribute to the global profit and loss account vision

• Significant internship or first experience in the field of controlling in a sales company or external consulting
• Experience in project management will be a plus
• Understanding of business models
• Bachelor, Master, Ph D in Accounting/Finance or other related fields is considered a plus in addition to your practical work experience
• Proficient in Dutch, English, both spoken and written, French will be a plus
