Head of Supply Chain (f/d/m)

• Develop and implement action plans for the logistics department to ensure customer satisfaction, while optimizing inventories and storage costs for all Thermomix/Kobold products
• Monitor the impact of promotional activities, anticipate stock variations, and analyse discrepancies between sales forecasts and actual sales to adjust delivery needs and optimize costs
• Plan and organize logistics services, managing the flow of products and sales materials, such as commercial documents and recipe books, ensuring overall quality and efficiency
• Propose and implement procedural improvements and new working methods, ensuring compliance with all procedures and necessary controls
• Monitor KPIs with a focus on cost optimization and manage relationships with external providers

• Several years of professional experience in supply chain management
• Deep knowledge of supply chain logistics and warehouse services, with a strong understanding of sales cycles, and storage facilities
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and influence teams
• Ideally experience in team management and employee development
• Bachelor, Master, Ph D in Business Administration / Supply Chain or other related fields is considered a plus in addition to your practical work experience
• Proficient in Dutch, English, both spoken and written French will be a plus
