To strengthen our Human Resources team, based in Limelette, Belgium, we are looking for a talented individual to fill the position of Jr. Human Resources Specialist (VIE).
About the role
As a Junior Human Resources Specialist (VIE), you will report to the Early Career Talent Acquisition & HQ Training Manager and support the team in projects related to employer branding, talent acquisition and talent management.
Your role and responsibilities:
Employer Branding
- Support building relations with universities and other educational stakeholders. You will actively participate and contribute to job fairs, career days, exclusive events, premium partnership initiatives.
- Bring your creative ideas and go-getter spirit into our global communication campaign on our website, social media channels and on-campus events, targeting early careers. You will be one of the key contributors in design, implementation, and roll-out phases of the campaign.
Talent Acquisition
- Coordinate the internship program in Belgium from A-Z (internship topics selection, job descriptions, selection) through a close collaboration with business units.
- Cooperate with Early Careers Manager the implementation of our international graduate program (including the selection of candidates).
Talent Management
- Actively participate in projects related to employee onboarding, career development and employee retention.
- Collaborate with the manager on identifying training needs, organizing and following-up on training offers and the annual training plan.
- Regularly follow-up on HR analytics/data: hire, development, retention, training etc.
About you:
- Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Communication, or relevant field.
- 1-2 years of experience (long term internships, apprenticeships included) preferably in Human Resources domain, previous experience in recruitment is a plus.
- Previous experience in recruitment, employee experience, employer branding are considered as strong assets.
- You are people focused professional, able to grasp an impression of a top talent during the interview process and guide the hiring teams effectively through the recruitment process.
- You have excellent story building and storytelling skills, especially written.
- You are eager to learn from others, open to feedback, at the same time outgoing and willing to share own opinion.
- You enjoy multitasking, creativity and have a self-initiating, proactive attitude. You can be autonomous over time.
- You are well-organized, has a good attention to details and respects deadlines.
- You are an excellent team player, can communicate effectively with different seniority levels in Group Headquarters and with an international network across the organization.
- Excellent level in MS Power Point and knowledge of Excel, Power BI.
- EN is a must, FR is a plus.
About the VIE Program
V.I.E. Program (volontariat international en entreprise), is an international graduate program that allows EU graduates working with a team of experts abroad. The program is minimum 1 year with a possibility of renewal and hire.
