Duties:

• Judicial Advice: Provide expert advice to various departments on contracts, compliance and regulations within the transport and logistics sector.
• Contract Management: Manage and evaluate contracts with customers, suppliers and partners, and ensure legal compliance.
• Risk Analysis: Identify legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them so that we can secure our business objectives.
• File follow-up: Manage new/current legal files in collaboration with relevant internal departments (e.g. HR, Finance, Management) any external partners/agencies.
• Training & Support: Organise training for employees on relevant legal issues and ensure they are well-informed about their responsibilities.
