We are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 & .NET Developer with extensive experience in developing and adapting applications using Microsoft Dynamics and .NET. The ideal candidate will work closely with business and functional analysts, translating requirements into efficient, high-quality solutions. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, a deep understanding of Agile development, and the ability to lead and mentor others.
Key Responsibilities:

• Application Development: Design, develop, and adapt software solutions in .NET and Microsoft Dynamics 365 based on functional and business analysis.
• Requirement Analysis: Thoroughly understand and interpret user requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
• Collaboration: Work closely with functional analysts and internal stakeholders to refine and verify functional analysis.
• Agile Development & TDD: Implement solutions following test-driven development (TDD) within an Agile framework.
• Testing & Integration: Test the developed applications in an integrated environment to ensure functionality, reliability, and performance.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation throughout the development lifecycle.
• Issue Resolution: Report and troubleshoot any issues, proposing the best solutions for optimal performance.
• Change Impact Evaluation: Assess and report the impact of changes on software modules, addressing potential problems.

Secondary Responsibilities:

• Quality Assurance: Develop test scenarios, document results, and resolve issues through retesting.
• Continuous Improvement: Apply lessons learned after each project milestone, incorporating best practices and improvement actions in software development.
• Leadership & Mentorship: Provide coaching and guidance to less experienced team members, leveraging over 5 years of professional experience.

Requirements:Technical Skills:

• Microsoft Dynamics 365: Expert-level knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement CRM with 5+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 Sales & Marketing.
• .NET Development: 5+ years of hands-on experience in .NET application development.
• Methodologies: Strong proficiency in Agile and Object-Oriented Programming.
• Development Tools: Advanced experience with tools such as JIRA, SVN.
• Data Integration & Reporting: Expertise in SSIS, Kingsway Soft, and SSRS.
• Platform Familiarity: Experience in IBM environments is a plus.

Education & Certification:

• Education: Master’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience. Continued education in technical disciplines is preferred.
• Certifications: Certified in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement is required.

Language Requirements:Fluency in French, Dutch, or English (multiple language proficiency is a plus).
