Key Responsibilities:
- Application Development: Design, develop, and adapt software solutions in .NET and Microsoft Dynamics 365 based on functional and business analysis.
- Requirement Analysis: Thoroughly understand and interpret user requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
- Collaboration: Work closely with functional analysts and internal stakeholders to refine and verify functional analysis.
- Agile Development & TDD: Implement solutions following test-driven development (TDD) within an Agile framework.
- Testing & Integration: Test the developed applications in an integrated environment to ensure functionality, reliability, and performance.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation throughout the development lifecycle.
- Issue Resolution: Report and troubleshoot any issues, proposing the best solutions for optimal performance.
- Change Impact Evaluation: Assess and report the impact of changes on software modules, addressing potential problems.
- Quality Assurance: Develop test scenarios, document results, and resolve issues through retesting.
- Continuous Improvement: Apply lessons learned after each project milestone, incorporating best practices and improvement actions in software development.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Provide coaching and guidance to less experienced team members, leveraging over 5 years of professional experience.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365: Expert-level knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement CRM with 5+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 Sales & Marketing.
- .NET Development: 5+ years of hands-on experience in .NET application development.
- Methodologies: Strong proficiency in Agile and Object-Oriented Programming.
- Development Tools: Advanced experience with tools such as JIRA, SVN.
- Data Integration & Reporting: Expertise in SSIS, Kingsway Soft, and SSRS.
- Platform Familiarity: Experience in IBM environments is a plus.
- Client Focus: Strong commitment to client satisfaction, ensuring high-quality service.
- Project Management: Ability to track, coordinate, and manage multiple projects effectively.
- Problem-Solving: Analytical and creative thinking for solving complex problems.
- Multitasking: Capable of working on multiple tasks simultaneously with limited supervision.
- Communication & Teamwork: Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on collaboration and team dynamics.
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills, with a proven track record in coaching and mentoring team members.
- Education: Master’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience. Continued education in technical disciplines is preferred.
- Certifications: Certified in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement is required.
